Do you offer professional assembly for online orders?
Yes. If you are within London, we offer a 'Ready to Ride' delivery service where our mechanics fully assemble and safety-check your bike before hand-delivering it to your door.
Can I test ride a bike before purchasing?
Absolutely. We encourage test rides at our London showroom. Please bring a valid photo ID and a debit/credit card to sign out a demonstrator model for a spin around the neighborhood.
What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?
Unused accessories can be returned within 28 days. For bicycles, we offer a 14-day return period provided the bike is in original condition. Please note that shipping fees for large items may apply.
Do you participate in Cycle to Work schemes?
Yes, we partner with most major providers including CycleScheme, Green Commute Initiative, and Vivup. This allows you to save up to 42% on the cost of a new bike and equipment.
How often should I service my tokyobike?
