We want you to be completely satisfied with your tokyobike purchase. If your new bicycle or accessory isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in unused, original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our London workshop via email with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process and receive your authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship or Drop-off

  Send your items back via a tracked courier service or visit our London store in person for a direct inspection and return processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics have verified the condition of the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
